Welcome

Recognising we might need help and support in everyday life can be difficult, and when we do, finding the right support may seem daunting. You have already taken the first step and shown awareness and courage by exploring these pages.

You may have arrived here feeling like you are in crisis or conflict with either yourself or others. You may be feeling stuck possibly knowing exactly what you want to change, or simply knowing you just want things to be different – sometimes we just don’t know.

You may have had counselling before, you may not. Regardless, you are likely to have some expectations and possibly fears. I offer a non-judgmental, confidential therapeutic space, working relationally, for us to explore together whatever challenges you may be facing. I believe we are able to address our confusions or conflicts through being in relationship and working together which in turn provides the possibility of change and growth.

I offer short, medium and open-ended longer-term therapy on a weekly basis, both face to face and online via Zoom.
